I am looking forward to this school year! I can't wait to begin working with your student. I have been employed with the Coweta County School System since 2001. There is no better school system than ours. I started out as a 5th grade teacher at Eastside Elementary and came to Glanton when it first opened. So, I am very such a GATOR at heart.
I grew up in a little town in Alabama called, Clayhatchee. I had a wonderful experience growing up with almost every member of my family living within 5 miles of my house. My family's work was in agriculture and I decided very quickly that I wanted to do more. I attended Daleville City Schools for K-12. I played football, tennis and track there. I attended Enterprise State Junior College in Enterprise, Alabama on a performing arts scholarship. I sang bass in their show choir. I complete my elementary education degree at Troy State University @ Dothan.
I have been married to my wife Jennifer for 24 years. She is a media specialist at Willis Road Elementary. My son, Nicholas, just graduated from East Coweta High School and will be attending Mississippi State University. My daughter, Elizabeth will be a senior at East Coweta High School. My youngest, Hannah Grace, will be attending Lee Middle school.
I have several hobbies. I am an avid tennis player, love to garden, read, and watch my kids at any of their activities. I have been coaching tennis at East Coweta since 2002.
I look forward to working with your student. I am here to help them with their education.
